Miami police arrested an 18-year-old man on multiple felony charges after they accused him of sexually battering a 12-year-old girl. Investigators, in an arrest report, described her as his “girlfriend.”
Jerome Antwain Milbry Jr. was charged with two counts each of sexual battery on a minor by an adult, promoting the sexual performance of a child and using a computer to meet a minor following his arrest on Friday.
The report states that Milbry, who lives in northwest Miami-Dade’s Brownsville area, met the girl through Instagram and took an Uber to her home on two separate occasions for sexual encounters, which he recorded using his phone and sent to her.
